1 cup whole wheat flour

3 ripe banana

Preheat the oven to 180 °C for 20 minutes. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. |

In a bowl, combine ground flax seeds and water. Mix together, and let sit for 15 minutes to thicken. |

In a large bowl, use a fork and mash the banana. |

Whisk in the oil, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice and prepared flax meal. Stir to |

Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, oats, cinnamon powder and salt into the wet ingredients. |

Use spatula and mix until everything comes together. |

The batter will be thick, add 3-4 tbsp of water. |

Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and halve the banana, place it on top of the batter and press slightly. |
