It’s a healthy way to add more nutrients to your meal without any refined sugar. Making these popsicles specially with my daughter is so much fun and let them freeze is the hardest part for her, before enjoying these ice pops.
Fruit
These fruit popsicle are heavenly delicious, sweet from the top and tangy from the bottom. You can pick any summer fruit to make these popsicles. A combination of puree and fruit juice increase the flavor. To give them more fruit flavor add chop pieces of a mango and watermelon.
Notes
- This recipe makes approximately 6 popsicles. For more ice pops, the recipe can be scaled up.
- To release the popsicles from the molds just place them under the running tap water and pull.
- Freeze them for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- You will prepare as many as layers while assembling in a popsicles mold.

In a blender, puree 1 ½ cups diced watermelon pieces, mint leaves, black salt and lemon juice. |

Puree 1 ½ cups mango slices and honey. |

Pour fruit mixture to the popsicles, 4 tbsp mango mixture and 3 tbsp watermelon juice, repeat. |

Insert the popsicle sticks and cover them. |

Gently tap the molds to remove air bubbles if any. |

Freeze until hard or at least 6 hours. |
