Ingredients for fried oreos
Flour – Generally fried oreo is made of pancake flour. Pancake flour is not available with me, so I used all-purpose flour.
Milk – The milk should be at room temperature.
Sugar – sugar is optional you can skip also.
Oil – Any vegetable oil is fine.
Vanilla extract – Its totally optional.
Powdered Sugar – For top or you can serve without topping.
How to make fried oreo?
This eggless version of fried oreo so quick and simple to make. Firstly prepare the pancake batter by combining flour, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Dip oreo into the batter one at a time. Place them in the hot oil and fry until brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy this delightful treat with your family.
Notes:
- Store in refrigerator for two days. Better to have them fresh.
- For oreo variation add cocoa powder to the batter.
- It can also be made from other chocolate sandwich cookies.

Heat oil in heavy bottom deep pan. |

In large bowl, combine flour, milk, sugar, vanilla extract and vegetable oil and whisk until smooth. |

Place in the hot oil over medium flame and fry until brown from both side. |

Remove from oil and drain on tissue paper lined plate. |
