Directions
So addicted to chocolate and these cookies are out of this world. Simple and easy recipe to follow and the cookies come out absolutely delicious. These are not overly sweet which is something good about these cookies. The best chocolate whole wheat cookies ever with beautiful texture and flavor. Sprinkle powder sugar on top to make them more fantastic.

In a large mixing bowl add ghee and powdered sugar and stir until light, creamy and fluffy. |

Add in vanilla extract and mix gently. |

Now add in all dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mixture i.e flour, Cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and combine well. |

Lastly, add in 2 tbsp milk to form a soft dough. |

Once the dough is ready, let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. |

Meanwhile, preheat your oven at 180 degree temperature for 15 min. |

Once rested, divide the dough into equal portions and roll between your palms to shape the cookies approximately 10 cookies. |

Line a baking tray with parchment paper |

Place all the cookies on a baking tray. |
