3/4 Cup all purpose flour

1/4 Cup powdered sugar

1/2 Tsp baking powder

1/2 Tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp milk

1/4 Cup choco chips

In a large mixing bowl add butter, powdered sugar and whisk until fluffy and smooth. |

Sift flour and baking powder together, keep aside. |

Now pour the dry ingredients into the butter mixture and mix together. |

Add vanilla essence and combine them together to form a dough. |

Add 2 tbsp of milk if required to combine the cookies dough. |

Lastly add chocolate chips and mix. Do not over mix, otherwise choco chips start melting. |

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 min. |

After 15 minutes divide the dough into equal portions and roll the dough into cookies approximately 12 to 13 cookies. |

Put a few more chocolate chips on the top of the cookies, if desired. |

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 170 degree temperature. |

Once baked, allow the cookies to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes and enjoy. |
