This froth is healthy and easy breakfast option as bananas are packed with potassium, magnesium, and vitamin C. Use fresh bananas for this froth recipe. You can add ice cubes, it help to chill the froth. If you like your froth a bit thinner, add some milk until desired consistency.

Replace the milk with yogurt, honey with sugar.
